CF-BD-5050 I-Type Carton Sealing Machine
Automatic I-type carton sealer. After manual folding, cartons are pushed in for automatic bottom and top tape sealing. Stable, efficient and clean.
The CHANFER CF-BD-5050 is an economical automatic I-type carton sealing machine. After the operator loads the carton and folds the left/right and front/rear flaps, the carton is pushed into the sealer where the machine automatically applies tape to the bottom and top and discharges the sealed carton.
It handles carton sizes from L150mm × W200mm × H140mm up to unlimited length × W500mm × H500mm. Length, width and height are manually adjusted for different specifications. Belt speed is approx. 20 m/min with 220V/50Hz, 240W power supply.
The compact unit weighs approx. 180kg and offers an adjustable workbench height of 620-670mm. Front and rear 400mm roller conveyors make manual feeding and discharge easy. A blade guard prevents accidental operator injury.
