The CXFY-80A is CHANFER's planetary single-head side-suction card feeder, designed for small, single-sheet deformable products. Servo motor drive with PLC control and touch screen, with a maximum feeding speed of 60 cards/min.
This machine is suitable for game cards, postcards, plastic boards, and other small deformable sheet products. It can be used alone as a counting/paging device or easily integrated into packaging lines with pillow packaging machines, vertical packaging machines, carton sealers, automatic conveyors, and shrink wrapping machines.
Photoelectric control enables automatic card dispensing once power is on. It features automatic alarms and optional single-sheet continuous feeding mode. The reasonable structure makes wear-part replacement quick and easy.
