The ZS-590WS-C is a top-film push-type side-seal reciprocating shrink packaging machine, integrated with the SL-3020 shrink tunnel for bag forming, sealing and shrinking in one pass.
It handles film width up to 590mm, bag length 120-1000mm and product height 5-100mm. Servo-controlled bag length allows set-and-cut without empty travel; the color touchscreen stores 40 recipes, and independent PID temperature control adapts to various shrink films.
The SL-3020 shrink tunnel uses top/bottom and left/right convection to maintain uniform temperature between 200-300°C, delivering wrinkle-free, film-safe shrink with a glossy surface. Hot-air recovery and good insulation reduce power consumption compared with traditional tunnels.
Ideal for cards, poker, board game accessories and regular/irregular solid products up to 590mm film width, especially for single-specification or stable-specification automated packaging lines.
